Isolated torsion of fallopian tube, meanwhile uncommon, should\udbe considered in diagnosis of pelvic and lower abdominal pain. US\udinvestigation is an useful diagnostic tool. A prompt diagnosis\udcould avoid salpingectomy and preserve fertility. Laparoscopy, as\udthe first approach, should be preferred.\udWe report a case of isolated tubal torsion occurring in a premenarcheal\udgirl successfully managed by laparoscopy.
